[FSFTN] Anna library to be shifted

Anna Centenary Library which is one of the biggest libraries in Asia is to
be shifted and in its place a hospital is to come up

This is one of the most illogical decisions in recent times. The library
does not have the infrastructure to become a hospital and will have to be
hugely modified. Similarly , a huge amount will have to be spent to shift
the library.
Isn't it so much better to construct a hospital instead of shifting the
library to what will be a smaller building?
