[FSFTN] Reg: GRUP PROBLEM

I have ubuntu11.04 and windows7 in my laptop. I faced GRUB RESCUE problem
few days back. I tried to restore using ubuntu 11.04 live cd. But Grub
shows only windows7. Can anyone help me how to update GRUB to boot into
ubuntu11.04?
