[FSFTN] Major Update to Firefox 3.6 Users

Hello,

Tomorrow (1/12) Mozilla will push the advertised update to 3.6 users to get
them on the latest version of Firefox. The engineering team of Mozilla is
targeting 10 am PT for this push.
